We are currently seeking experienced Bogger Operators to operate Sandvik 517i loaders at our Norseman sites. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern underground equipment within a strong safety and production‑focused environment.

About the Role
As a Bogger Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Sandvik 517i underground loaders, supporting daily production activities while maintaining high equipment and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Sandvik 517i boggers safely and efficiently underground
• Load and tram material in accordance with production plans
• Conduct daily pre‑start checks and report defects
• Maintain equipment care and housekeeping standards
• Work closely with supervisors, services, and mine operations teams
• Adhere to all site safety procedures and mining standards

About You

• Demonstrated experience using Auto Mine.
• Experience operating Sandvik 517i boggers (essential)
• Underground mining experience
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Current relevant underground mining tickets/licences
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
